Summary

The Polish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 350 on a private individual. In a neighbour dispute, the UODO ordered one of the parties to replace cameras covering neighbours' property and public roads that could be adjusted with fixed cameras. The controller did not comply with the authority's order until 12 March 2026, nine months after it had been issued.
