Summary

The Polish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,370 on a civic association. The authority received a report about possible irregularities in a mobile app used by members of the regional election commissions during the 2025 presidential election to verify voters' eligibility to vote outside their place of residence, as recorded on the electoral roll operated by the association. The authority subsequently requested information in two letters sent to the association in June and July 2025. In December 2025, the authority requested the financial statements for 2024, to which the association also did not reply.
