Summary

The Latvian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 800 on SIA DP Concept. During an ex officio investigation, the DPA sent a request to the controller regarding cookie usage. After the controller failed to respond to the first letter, the DPA sent two more letters, to which the controller also failed to respond. The controller was therefore fined for failing to cooperate with the authority.
