Summary

The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 4,000 on the Università degli Studi di Teramo. The name and labour court case of an employee were disclosed in an agenda for a board meeting that was emailed to all university staff, the evaluation unit and the student council. Furthermore, the agenda was available online and indexed by search engines between 25 September 2025 and 14 October 2025. The authority found no legal basis for disclosing said personal data.
