Summary

The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 700 on Rosetta Trastevere s.r.l.s. Rosetta Trastevere owns an artisan workshop in which a camera surveillance system was installed. However the controller failed to install adequate signage informing data subjects that the controller was processing their personal data. Following action by the authorities the controller cooperated and installed adequate signage.
