Summary

The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,000 on FeGi M&A Services s.r.l. The data subject received a promotional phone call from the data controller, submitting a removal request, with wich the controller complied. The Controller stated, that it obtained the data subjects personal information via the Lusha plugin on LinkedIn. The data subject stated not to have their phone number publicly available. The controller failed to adequatly inform the data subject about the data processing and to ensure the lawfulness of the aquired data.
