Summary

The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on Io e te s.r.l.s.. The controller had installed video surveillance inside its business premises. The controller installed the video surveillance system in a way that allowed the business owner to access footage on his smartphone. The controller did not install any information signs and additionally failed to obtain the necessary authorisation from the competent Labour Inspectorate.
