Summary

The Italian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 3,000 on the Piacenza Bar Association. The controller is publishing a list with the names of all lawyers that had been suspended for disziplinary reasons. The controller did not remove the name of a lawyer after his suspension ended and only acted after the affected lawyer contacted the controller, which then updated the list. But when searching for the lawyer in the internet, the affected lawyer was stil appeared on the suspension list with ist full name listed.
