Summary

The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 60,000 on RAMONA FILMS, S.L. In an earlier proceeding, the AEPD had ordered the controller to submit a processor agreement and fined them EUR 40,000 for failing to do so. During the subsequent process, the controller failed to comply adequately with the authorities' requests and orders. The authority therefore fined the controller again for non-compliance.
