Summary

The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 600 on TELECONTACT LIST S.L. An italian data subject was contactes by a sales agency. This agency had the data subjects phone number, name and full adress, when asked for the source of the infromation, the agencies DPOI named TELECONTACT as their source. The data subject then filed a request for access to the controller. This request was not answered. The data subject subsequently complained to the Italian DPA hwho informed the AEPD abou the non-compliance.
