Summary

The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 2,000 on Grupo Manserco, S.L. In February 2025 an employee filed a complaint about a newly installed camera system including microphones speakers and voice control. It was stated that this system was installed in the data subjects own office aswell as a break area. The controller stated, that the cmaeras only were dummies, installed for deterance. In an investigation, the AEPD fund that two camera systems were installed, with none of them having adequate signage. Employees also werent adequately informed about the installment.
