Summary

The Romanian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,000 on Spitalul Veterinar Tineretului SRL. A data subject requested both a copy of a phone call they had had with the controller aswell as teh CCTV footage of a visit of theirs. The controller did not adequately reply to these requests.
