Summary

The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 450 on DINOLIN, S.A. Following non-compliance with a data subject's request for deletion in May 2024 the Spanish DPA upheld the request and ordered the controller to either grant or properly refuse it. The controller rejected the authority's letter. In January 2025 the data subject stated that the controller still had not complied with the order. The DPA fined the controller for failing to comply with an AEPD order.
