Summary

The Spanish DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 1,200 on AD735 DATA MEDIA ADVERTISING, S.L. Following complaints about the controller the authority forwarded these to them and subsequently sent an information request. While the complaints were answered the controller did not answer the information request after asking for two extensions. The controller was fined EUR 2,000 for obstructing the investigation. This was reduced to EUR 1,200 due to the controller's immediate payment and admission of responsibility.
