The Hungarian DPA has imposed a fine of EUR 70,518 on IndaNext Hungary Kft. The entity that was fined is the legal successor of Blikk. Blikk Kft published two articles on its website about court proceedings brought by a transgender data subject. These articles contained the data subject's current and former names, a monogram, biographical details, statements about gender-affirming surgery, and a photo of the data subject's face with their face anonymised, as well as a picture taken from behind their back.
