Summary

The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has imposed a fine on TITAN STRONG,
S.L.. The controller had installed video surveillance cameras which, among other things, also covered the public space and a neighbouring property. The DPA considered this to be a violation of the principle of data minimization. The original fine of EUR 500 was reduced to EUR 400 due to voluntary payment.
